Professional Readiness

Build the habits employers hire for.

What is Professional Readiness?

Professional Readiness is PGI’s soft skills and employability training program. It is designed to prepare students for the expectations of real-world work environments by focusing on the non-technical skills that employers consistently look for.

This is structured training built around the habits that influence hiring, retention, advancement, and field performance. Students work through guided readings, assignments, discussion-based learning, and practical exercises that reinforce accountability, communication, time management, and workplace professionalism.
